For those of you who don’t know about my journey “Petals-N-Belles” has been an incredible life changing experience. I am thankful that each of our girls have given us the chance to make an impact in their life. I am anticipating seeing all of our girls blossom into incredible young ladies in the next 10 years; from entrepreneurs to teachers and everything in between.

When Petals-N-Belles began to grow, I dreamt of everyone, every business and corporation taking notice. Who wouldn’t want to make a difference in the life of a girl. I quickly learned, that getting the attention of those in power was a tad more challenging than my dream lead on. God has been at work, and the Petals-N-Belles team has been diligently working; which has lead us to this moment. Petals-N-Belles has received it ‘s first grant and corporate sponsor: TARGET!

 Petals-N-Belles is the recipient of the Target Educational Grant, that has donated $5,000 towards Petals-N-Belles programs.

I dream really really BIG and encourage our girls to do the same, by dreaming vividly! The reality of this opportunity has surpassed my expectation and dream. With a warm and sincere thank you, I would like to highlight Jill Heath of “Target” and the “First Book” team for partnering with Target to award Petals-N-Belles an additional $500 book grant. Petals-N-Belles will be utilizing this donation for the 2012 Winter/Spring programs.
